Will I be seeing a real doctor?
Yes! Our physicians are licensed and board-certified in the province of Alberta.
What are appointments like?
Just like if you were in person, your physician will ask questions about your history and current condition, assess the information, and diagnose and treat you. If a specialist is required, they will send a referral on your behalf!
Do I need extended coverage?
No, you do not. You only need valid Alberta health care.
When is Sunny Telehealth not a good fit?
If you are experiencing an emergency, we always advise you visit your nearest hospital.
